The Building Blocks Clinics are designed to show the progressive and collaborative nature of Work In Hand, Long Rein Work, and Under Saddle/Ridden Work. These clinics are Three Days: Day One focuses on Work in Hand. Day Two is Long Rein Work. Day Three culminates with Ridden Work.

It is highly recommended to purchase and read both the Work in Hand Field Manual and the Long Rein Field Manual prior to attending a Building Blocks Clinic. The classical principles and basis of the work pertaining to the ethical and moral responsibilities to development of the horse are well covered, and will be used during these clinics.

You must have your own equipment: for Work in Hand, a proper fitting serreta or bridle the horse is used to working in (not a curb, but a double bridle is fine). For Long Rein Work: you must provide a bridle the horse is used to working in (snaffle type), or a proper fitting serreta, a surcingle, and long reins/driving lines. If you do not have this equipment, and want to attend a clinic, then please message me so I can point you in the right direction for equipment acquisition.

COST: $750

Stabling: $30/day, you provide all feed and feeding, buckets, and clean the stall

LQ: may stay in LQ on property  (must be fully self contained): $20/day
